I agree, marginalized Black people and their counterparts have been patient for too long. There's too much symbolic "solidarity" or emptiness with words and/or actions. There needs to be more of an effort in actions that will create systemic change. There's an article I linked that refers to the KarJenner empire as "Multicultural White Supremacy". I found this term to be brilliant and accurate. I grew up in the same enviroment as marginalized Black people and formed sincere bonds with people I grew up with over the years. Each day, I try to make a conscious effort to be the atypical white person. I want to do actions that'll inch toward the much-needed systemic change I mentioned.
