I refuse to normalize war. But in this case, what the Israeli government is doing is like shooting fish in a barrel. Bombing hospitals, murdering children, wiping out family bloodlines...I could go on. As Queen Rania of Jordan emphasized on CNN, this predates Hamas. The "human shields" propaganda has been parroted since the world watched Muhammad al-Durrah murdered. Many callous people have the nerve to call such human rights violations "fake" or a "Pallywood" production. Treating human beings like this is completely unsustainable for the region. International laws are international laws. The Western World cherry-picks who to hold accountable when violations happen. The world is waking up--including Israelis. It's time to let go of what was propagated to us and reprogram ourselves. It's you and me...not...it's you or me.
